8. Organize sample sourcing and production through supplier interactions.

9. Set daily and weekly objectives, communicating them to sales and procurement departments.

10. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

11. Check production output against client specifications.

12. Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements in production.

13. Submit performance-based reports and quality checklists on completed jobs.

14. Ensure purchased products meet specified quality and quantity requirements.

15. Liaise with external printing or production teams to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

16. Conduct thorough inspections of production to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

17. Compare and verify suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
