JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.7+ years’ experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or business development.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Mandatory Experience in ICT or Cyber Security sales.An existing pipeline and relations in the Cyber Security space.Understanding of cyber security solutions and terminology.Experience with government tenders or Enterprise Sales
RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)Own and deliver cyber security revenue targets and pipeline growthDrive enterprise and government sales through direct selling and partnershipsLead strategic deal pursuits, negotiations, and closuresDevelop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and reportingKey Account Management & Industry NetworkingManage and grow strategic enterprise, government, and institutional accountsBuild senior-level relationships with C-suite executives, CIOs, CISOs, and regulatorsRepresent BTN in industry forums, conferences, and partner engagementsTeam Leadership & Practice ManagementLead and manage the Cyber Security business unit teamSet KPIs, sales targets, and performance metricsCoach and mentor team members to deliver revenue outcomesGo-to-Market & Partner ManagementDefine and execute the cyber security go-to-market strategyDevelop and manage OEM, MSSP, and channel partnershipsOversee pricing, commercial approvals, and deal structuringGovernance & Delivery OversightAct as commercial escalation point for key clientsEnsure customer satisfaction, renewals, and contract compliance
