Job descriptions & requirements
Own Modern Trade P&L (margins, rebates, trade spend)
Set pricing architecture & promotional strategy
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key chains
Negotiate annual contracts, rebates & trade terms
Act as final escalation authority for commercial risks
Build governance dashboards & reporting systems
Ensure pricing, credit & claims compliance
Lead & develop Key Account Managers
Delegate execution with clear decision rights
Drive alignment with Finance, Supply Chain & Marketing
