RESPONSIBILITIES
Empower teachers across all subjects and year groups to weave digital tools and approaches seamlessly into their curriculum, enriching learning and engagement.Design and deliver engaging professional learning: from whole-school CPD to personalised coaching and model lessons, that builds digital confidence and capability at every level.Lead innovation projects that explore new tools, platforms, and teaching approaches, evaluating their impact and sharing best practice across the school.Lead the integration of digital learning across the curriculum, ensuring technology enhances, rather than replaces, excellent pedagogy.Collaborate with Peponi Senior School and wider networks to develop shared approaches, exchange expertise, and position Peponi as a leader in digital learning across Kenya and beyond.Work strategically with the Head and SLT to shape the school’s digital vision, advising on the most effective systems, applications, and resources to support learning and operations.Champion a culture of experimentation and collaboration, encouraging staff to take risks, try new ideas, and celebrate success stories in digital teaching and learning
