JOB SUMMARY
Education and other qualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Proficiency in the use of purchasing and order management software.Good negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop negotiation and purchasing strategies and maintain vendor accounts.Review requisition orders and contracts to maintain accurate records.Contact potential suppliers to check product quality and pricing.Evaluate supplier/vendor performance and approve payments.Maintain an updated vendor database.Other tasks assigned by the leadership
