JOB SUMMARY
QualificationsHolder of a Bachelor's degree in food science, industrial chemistry or a related field, you have ideally a first experience of 1 year in quality in the food manufacturing industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing quality control tests on raw materials, packaging materials and final productsEnsuring compliance with food safety regulations and company standardsConducting daily quality assurance inspections and report any deviationsMonitoring and enforcing hygiene standards across all departmentsAssisting in managing supplier non-conformities and deviationsSupporting the customer satisfaction program by tracking issues and ensuring corrective actionConducting internal quality auditsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, audits and corrective actionsSupporting the development of quality procedures to strengthen quality systemsAssisting in product release for dispatchParticipating in pest control activities to maintain a safe production environmentUndertaking specific assignments related to Health, Safety and EnvironmentPreparing regular performance and progress reports
