Switchgear Limited manufactures low voltage distribution boards, motor control panels, power factor correction panels, and automatic mains failure panels.
JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of electrical or switchgear products.Strong understanding of switchgear, control panels, relays, MCCs, and related products.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to travel locally for client visits and sales meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage sales activities for SCTPL products in Kenya and surrounding regions.Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, industrial clients, and consultants.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.Coordinate with the India head office for pricing, quotations, technical support, and delivery schedules.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and trade exhibitions.
