JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide expert advice on vitamins, supplements, and sports nutrition products to clients.Engage clients with personalized consultations to meet their health and fitness goals.Lead the team towards achieving category sales targets by optimizing product mix, tracking performance, and implementing sales strategies. Promote and upsell products through evidence based recommendations.Oversee inventory management: monitor stock levels, ensure accurate product placement, and support merchandising and promotional campaigns.Manage stocks effectively, with a focus on identifying, reducing, and preventing dead stock through proactive planning and rotation strategies.Conduct staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer serviceMaintain cleanliness and FEFO management of productsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of nutrition trends, bodybuilding supplements, and regulatory guidelines.Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
