JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Bookkeeper to support multiple clients with high‑quality accounting and finance services. This role involves managing bookkeeping activities, overseeing junior staff, preparing financial reports, and supporting fractional CFO engagements. The ideal candidate has strong U.S. accounting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must‑Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of U.S. accounting experience (U.S. experience is mandatory)Flexibility may be considered if the candidate strongly meets the other requirementsStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, compliance, and tax regulationsExperience in the retail sector (required); consumer electronics experience is a plusAbility to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support clients with day‑to‑day accounting and finance functions, including reconciliations, reporting, and vendor management.Assist in fractional CFO engagements by preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and client internal policies.Conduct financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with clients and staffing partners to meet deadlines and deliverables.Oversee and review work performed by junior accountants, bookkeepers, and data entry specialists.Provide clear communication and updates to clients on financial performance and compliance matters.Participate in client onboarding, documentation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support clients with day‑to‑day accounting and finance functions, including reconciliations, reporting, and vendor management.Assist in fractional CFO engagements by preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and client internal policies.Conduct financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with clients and staffing partners to meet deadlines and deliverables.Oversee and review work performed by junior accountants, bookkeepers, and data entry specialists.Provide clear communication and updates to clients on financial performance and compliance matters.Participate in client onboarding, documentation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
