DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

·       Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.

·       Manage day-to-day content publishing, scheduling, platform optimization, and community interactions.

·       Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and emerging content formats.

Content Creation & Production

·       Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content for social media.

·       Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, educational content, promotional videos, and other digital assets.

·       Plan and execute regular content shoots while ensuring all content reflects the organization’s brand and standards.

Copywriting & Digital Content

·       Write compelling social media captions, promotional copy, blogs, website articles, and other digital content.

·       Develop clear, informative, and audience-focused messaging across different communication channels.

·       Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, professionalism, and brand alignment.

 Content Strategy & Planning

·       Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.

·       Research audience interests, industry trends, relevant topics, hashtags, and content opportunities.

·       Generate creative content ideas that increase reach, engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.

Community Management

·       Build and maintain an active and engaged online community across relevant platforms.

·       Respond professionally and promptly to comments, direct messages, inquiries, and audience feedback.

·       Identify audience needs and feedback and use these insights to improve communication and content.

Analytics & Performance

·       Monitor key social media metrics including reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversions.

·       Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.

·       Continuously test and optimize content, posting strategies, and campaigns to improve results.

Marketing & Collaboration

·       Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for campaigns, promotions, events, and organizational initiatives.

·       Support broader marketing and communication activities through creative digital content.

·       Take initiative in identifying new opportunities, platforms, and creative approaches to grow the organization’s digital presence.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·       Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital communications.

·       Demonstrable skills in video shooting, video editing, photography, copywriting, and social media content production.

·       Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
