AGENCY PROJECTS MANAGER
Job summary
You'll be the central nervous system of our agency, ensuring projects flow seamlessly from inception to flawless execution. This role blends the core responsibilities of traffic management with a focus on project management specifically for retainer & client projects. Within the Operations Department and reporting to CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Agency Traffic Management
· Workflow Orchestrator: Develop and maintain a streamlined workflow for all incoming projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and clear communication channels.
· Task Juggler: Break down projects into actionable tasks, assigning them to the appropriate team members based on skillset and availability. Prioritise tasks considering deadlines and project dependencies.
· Communication Champion: Foster clear and consistent communication within the agency, keeping all stakeholders (clients, account managers, creative teams) informed of project progress, potential roadblocks, and task updates.
· Resource Guru: Monitor team workload and resource allocation, identifying and mitigating any bottlenecks to prevent delays and ensure smooth project delivery.
· Milestone Tracker: Track project milestones and deadlines like a hawk, proactively identifying any potential delays and taking corrective action to keep projects on schedule.
· Problem-solving Pro: Anticipate and troubleshoot any workflow issues that may arise, proposing solutions to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in agency traffic management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing workflows and keeping multiple projects on track.
- Strong understanding of the website development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and communication platforms (e.g.,Slack).
