Organisations across Africa right now are building something serious. They have the network, the standing, the discipline, and the drive. What they do not yet have is a globally accredited programme portfolio that matches the weight of what they are building.This is where partnership comes in.


This is that opportunity.


Noble Manhattan Coaching was founded in 1993. We operate in 31 countries, have trained over 30,000 professionals, and hold 38 industry awards. Organisations including IBM, Airbus, Coca-Cola, Citibank, and Siemens have trusted us to develop their people. Our graduates have gone on to build their own training organisations, establish executive coaching practices, and serve corporate clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.


We are now extending formal partnership to Africa. We are not in a hurry and we are not casting wide. A strong fit is what we are after. 


The Partnership Role


We are inviting professional associations, training and consulting firms, universities and business schools, corporations building internal coaching cultures, and senior practitioners with established networks — to become Authorised Programme Partners for Africa.


We will sit with each organisation or individual we consider and we will decide together whether the fit is right. If it is, what follows is a long-term affiliation built on shared standards, shared credibility, and shared growth.


We are not looking for many. We are looking for the right ones.

Our portfolio is one of the most comprehensive professional coaching certification offerings available for institutions expanding to bigger markets.
