JOB SUMMARY

Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle Customer queries and obtain review information from customers.Analyze submitted Credit Applications and providing recommendation.Initiate security perfection in liaison with Legal Department.Disbursement of facilities and Collection of processing fees/commissions. Monitoring of Covenants and sanction terms.Review and signing bank documents i.e., Letters of offer, Bank Guarantees, Non-Disclosure Agreements, CMA discharges.Cross-selling bank products.Provide timely feedback in relation to customer request or inquiries.Adhere to bank strategy and budget requirements as per bank policy.New business canvassing and obtaining the necessary approvals.Monitor and follow up of account performance.Regular clients visit to review the business performance and submit call reports.Work Experience;Over 4 years work years’ relevant experience.Academic & Professional Qualifications;Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Social Sciences, or a related field.Relevant professional certification in Banking, Finance, Credit, Risk Management, or a related discipline.Membership in a recognized professional bodyCore Competencies;Strong leadership and people management skills.Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.Executive presence and professional disposition.High levels of integrity, ethics, and accountability.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong credit analysis and financial assessment skills.Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
