JOB SUMMARY
📝 Role Description:The Benefits Associate role is fully operational and focuses on the reconciliation process, identifying and resolving discrepancies in the system and insurance company websites. It also provides informational support to the Benefits Assistant process, following the supervisor’s instructions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
🎯 Key Responsibilities:🔍 Reconcile/audit benefits invoices: identify discrepancies between billed and paid amounts.🛠️ Resolve discrepancies in PRISM and insurance company websites.📊 Update Smartsheet with accurate and real-time information.🤝 Provide coverage for Benefits Assistant and Specialist roles when needed.📂 Manage cases and tasks in the Client Space for proper resolution.📧 Contact the POC (copying SR. Benefits and supervisor) to resolve questions.📞 Contact the Broker (copying SR. Benefits and supervisor) to resolve discrepancies.📈 Generate reports from PRISM to validate client information.🗂️ Keep the tracking format (Smartsheet) up to date.📉 Meet minimum performance indicators (e.g., Activtrak).🧾 Carry out any additional procedures necessary to fulfill responsibilities.🧠 Required Skills and Qualifications:💻 Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office📚 Intermediate knowledge of accounting📊 Data analysis skills🔎 Ability to research and gather information⏱️ Time self-management🗣️ Intermediate English (85% proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking)
