JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation and dissemination: Research, create, edit, and distribute research summaries, press releases, newsletters, reports, blog posts, and web content.Translate technical research outputs into accessible formats for varied audiences (e.g., policymakers, media, public).Oversee content production such as videos, infographics, and publications.End-to-end drafting, editing, and publishing content for newsletters, social media platforms and internal communication channels.Create engaging graphics, posters, and banners for events, campaigns, and updatesSocial Media Management:Manage and update CoEWCH EA’s websiteManaging CoEWCH EA’s social media pages, including content planning, scheduling, and monitoring performance metrics.Respond to comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional engagement with the respective audiences.Monitor social media analytics and trends, as well as engage with the online community.Event support:Focal point for live social media coverage of COEWCH EA led events.Create event marketing materials (flyers/Posters)Collaborate with photographers and videographers to document events, ensuring high-quality coverage.Media relations:Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalistsCoordinate media interviews.Monitor media mentions and compile reports on communications impact
