Job Summary
We are looking for a highly competent, process-oriented Company Accountant to manage financial transparency across all active Lipton Investment LTD business units. This corporate position requires a hands-on numbers professional who can maintain airtight financial controls, prevent site leakages, and efficiently manage a fast-moving cash cycle—specifically the regular dispensation of wages to a large workforce of daily casual workers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Wage Dispensation: Design, audit, and oversee a secure, fraud-free payroll mechanism for dispensing wages to daily/casual site laborers across all ongoing projects.
2. Project Cost Tracking: Monitor individual site expenditures against baseline structural budgets, identifying material cost variances and financial anomalies in real-time.
3. Statutory Compliance: Manage timely payroll deductions and accurate monthly returns for local statutory bodies (including KRA tax filings, SHIF, NSSF, and the Housing Levy).
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare regular corporate profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and project-by-project profitability matrices for leadership.
5. Internal Audit Controls: Implement strict cash handling, requisition approvals, and asset management frameworks to completely mitigate corporate financial leakage.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Accounting/Finance option) or Business Administration.
• Professional certification finality (CPA-K or ACCA is an added advantage).
• 2 years of progressive experience in accounting, ideally with explicit exposure to the unique cash flow and daily-wage dynamics of the construction or manufacturing sectors.
• High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP Business One) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
