Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise debt recovery teams.
- Drive collections and achieve recovery targets.
- Develop technology-driven strategies to trace, track and recover debts.
- Manage delinquent accounts and optimize recovery processes.
- Monitor performance and prepare recovery reports.
- Engage clients and institutions to facilitate repayment.
Requirements
- 7–10 years’ experience in debt collection, microfinance or banking.
- At least 3 years’ proven experience in management and team leadership.
- Degree in Microfinance, Banking, Finance or a related field.
- Proven track record in debt recovery and achievement of collection targets.
- Strong ability to leverage technology, data and digital tools to enhance debt tracing and recovery.
- Age: 35–45 years.
