JOB SUMMARY
The Disbursement Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end loan disbursement process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant disbursement of funds to clients while maintaining portfolio quality and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.(Mandatory)5 to 7 yrs experience in loan disbursement/financial services (3 yrs managerial)Strong knowledge of disbursement processes, compliance & controls.Experience with digital lending/core banking systems.Leadership, analytical & reporting skills.High integrity and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all loan disbursement processes.Approve and authorize disbursements within delegated limits.Ensure accurate and timely posting of disbursements in the system.Drive portfolio growth through effective disbursement strategies and client engagement.Ensure all disbursements meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.Monitor disbursement risks and implement mitigation measures.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly disbursement reports.Track disbursement performance against targets and identify bottlenecks.Address client queries and resolve disbursement-related issues.Conduct training and capacity building on processes and compliance.
