Graduate in Training (GIT)
We are building a strong talent pipeline to support our regional market by offering internship opportunities for exceptional 2025 graduates from across the East African Community (EAC).
This one year program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience, sharpen your professional skills and contribute to impactful projects while accelerating your career in a dynamic and high performance environment. We invite you to apply for opportunities across our divisions that align with your academic background, as outlined below:
- Product Planning, Engineering & Supply Chain: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, and Procurement & Supply Chain Management.
- Manufacturing Operations, Facilities & Maintenance: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Commercial Operations & Finance (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Leasing, Channel Development & Customer Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Commerce (Finance, Accounting, Marketing), Logistics, or other business related fields.
- IT & Digital Transformation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- HR & Corporate Sustainability: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law (LLB), Project Management, Journalism, or Communication.
Minimum qualifications are as follows:
- Year of graduation 2025.
- KCSE Mean Grade A- or GPA 3.7
- Upper Second Class Honors degree or GPA of 3.0
- Possession of professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CPS, CIM, CISA, CIPS will be an added advantage.
- Master’s degree graduates will be considered subject to meeting minimum KCSE and Bachelor’s degree requirements.
