The Kitchen Equipment Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and gas appliances. Candidates must hold a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience maintaining commercial kitchen equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical, gas, refrigeration, and mechanical systems, troubleshooting skills, preventive maintenance experience, and compliance with health and safety regulations are essential. A valid driving licence is an added advantage.
