We are seeking a strategic, energetic, and commercial Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing CX and Content teams at Decathlon. You will be responsible for shaping our local marketing blueprint, driving omni-channel campaign execution, and ensuring our brand remains the top choice for sports enthusiasts across all digital and physical touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership: Define and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with company-wide business and sustainability objectives.


Omni-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and performance of multi-platform digital, social, and retail marketing campaigns.


Team & Agency Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a cross-functional team of Content Owners, Campaign Owners, and external creative agencies


Budget & ROI Management: Take full ownership of the marketing budget allocation, tracking costs accurately, and maximizing campaign return on investment (ROI).


Market Insights & Performance: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior metrics to continuously refine communication tactics and drive retail traffic.



Requirements & Qualifications


Experience: 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in marketing management, brand management, or retail marketing.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline.


Hard Skills: Proven expertise in strategic planning, budget management, agency coordination, digital marketing ecosystems, and high-level marketing performance analytics


Soft Skills: Exceptional team leadership, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and a highly adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced retail environment.
