JOB SUMMARY

Our client is currently seeking an experienced, results-driven Off-Plan Property Sales Executive to spearhead their Dubai property sales in the Kenyan market. Based in Nairobi, you will connect high-net-worth individuals, seasoned investors, and first-time overseas buyers in Kenya with Dubai’s most attractive new developments. Your focus will be educating clients on the benefits of investing in Dubai, managing the entire sales cycle, and coordinating seamlessly with our Dubai headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and convert leads for Dubai off-plan properties through local networking, events, and digital channels.Educate and advise Kenyan investors on Dubai market trends, payment plans, ROI, rental yields, and capital appreciation potential.Organize and host client meetings, presentations, and webinars in person or virtual highlighting new Dubai project launches.Coordinate with Dubai sales and developer teams to secure inventory, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes.Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects to close sales.Ensure all transactions meet Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations, with guidance from the Dubai office.Represent the company at local property exhibitions and investment forums.Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in real estate or high-value investment sales, ideally in international property or luxury markets.Strong network of high-net-worth clients and investors in Kenya.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English; Swahili is an advantage.Comfortable using CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).Ability to travel within Kenya for client meetings and events.Knowledge of Dubai’s property market is a plus; however, training will be provided.
