POSITION DETAILS

Job Purpose

To execute motor vehicle repossession duties as instructed.

Main Responsibilities of the Job

·        Receiving repossession instructions and being able to read and understand them.

·        Execute repossession instructions according as per training.

·        Follow the repossession process and procedures precisely.

·        Filing of repossession documentation as trained and instructed.

·        Ensuring all the required documents for the repossession process are availed to the office within the stipulated time.

·        If assigned company motor vehicle, ensure it is well maintained as per the service schedule and maintain cleanliness of the same.

Academicand Professional Requirements

·        MUST hold a valid Driving License.

·        Minimum 3 years continuous driving experience.

·        Ready to work anywhere in Kenya under minimum supervision.

·        Good team player.

·        Have good report writing skills.

·        Problem solving skills.

·        Computer literate.

·        Good driving skills.

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·        Good organizational and time management skills.
