Operations Manager – Device Financing

Key Responsibilities

Manage full business lifecycles, design SOPs, and monitor KPIs to maximize efficiency and compliance.

Design onboarding and training processes for agents, dealers, and merchant partners.

Establish high-quality service standards, manage after-sales support, and launch customer retention initiatives.

Partner with risk teams to optimize repayment rates and implement aggressive collection strategies.

Analyze portfolio trends to spot operational gaps and execute corrective actions.

Translate business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements and automated tools.

  Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years in a specialized operational role.

Experience in device/handset financing, fintech, digital lending, or consumer finance.

Deep understanding of customer acquisition, risk control, collections, and device management.

Proven track record of building operational frameworks and SOPs from scratch.

Direct experience partnering with technical, product, and risk mitigation teams.

Mastery of process improvement and workflow optimization.

Ability to balance daily operations with long-term business growth.

Proficiency in data interpretation, portfolio metrics, and performance reporting.

Strong critical thinking and decisive action-taking under pressure.

Skill in navigating relationships between sales channels, risk teams, and technical engineers.
