Job Description
● Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for ERP and HR software solutions across various industries.
● Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
● Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
● Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to position our software as a solution to key business challenges.
● Deliver compelling software demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
● Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, contracting, and handover to implementation teams.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, HR leaders, IT managers) to establish long-term partnerships.
● Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
● Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
● Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management to guide strategic decisions.
● Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
● Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in selling ERP, HR software, pos , or enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
● Strong understanding of ERP systems, HR processes, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
● Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
● Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
