DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception Duties:

• 
  
• Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  
• Manage bookings and appointment schedules (in-person, phone, WhatsApp).
  
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  
• Process payments and issue receipts.
  
• Maintain client records and provide excellent customer service.
  

Social Media Marketing:

• 
  
• Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  
• Grow online presence and engagement through consistent and creative posting.
  
• Promote services, offers, and events to attract new and repeat customers.
  
• Monitor trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  
• Respond to online inquiries and messages in a timely manner.
  
• Take quality photos/videos of work done by stylists for online use.
  
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing campaigns.
  

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 
  
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (receptionist or digital marketing)
  
• Basic knowledge of beauty and wellness services is a plus
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good eye for design and social media trends
  
• Ability to use social media tools/apps (Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively
  
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
