RESPONSIBILITIES
Hire and manage a globally-distributed, high-performing team that lives our valuesHold regular 1:1s with all members of your team, providing coaching and regular feedback around the individual’s performance.Collaborate with the engineering leadership and key stakeholders to align on and drive the team’s roadmap.Foster technical decision making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary.Run agile project management processes and contribute to process improvements within the team and stage group.Participate in the Incident Management on-call rotation to help ensure the availability goals for GitLab.com are met, by working with reliability engineers and development team members.
