KEDA CERAMICS is looking for a talented Assistant Chefwith strong experience in preparing authentic Chinese dishes, pastries, dim sum, and hotpot meals. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, authentic Chinese cuisine, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes
- Create traditional Chinese pastries and dim sum (bao, dumplings, sesame balls, etc.)
- Prepare hotpot soup bases, sauces, and fresh ingredient assortments
- Maintain top standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Contribute to menu development and new recipe ideas
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Chinese Chef
- Skilled in both Chinese cuisine and pastries
- Hotpot preparation experience is a must
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and authentic ingredients
- Creativity, discipline, and attention to detail
