Business Development Officers (10 positions)

Locations: Nairobi & Nakuru.

Niwahi Credit is looking for energetic and self-driven Business Development Officers to grow our customer base, process and disburse loans, and ensure healthy, timely collections.

What You’ll Do:

·      Drive marketing and client recruitment

·      Train and onboard customers into groups

·      Evaluate businesses, process loans & present to credit committee

·      Ensure timely repayment & follow-up of arrears

·      Maintain high-quality loan portfolios

·      Prepare accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports

·      Deliver excellent customer service & client retention

What You Bring:

·      Diploma or Degree in a Business-related field

·      At least 1 years of experience in microfinance, credit, or general sales

·      Strong communication and customer service skills

·      Ability to analyze financial statements

·      Computer proficiency is a must

·      A go-getter attitude with minimal supervision
