FinTech Connect Africa helps international companies successfully enter and scale across African markets. We offer strategic support through corporate event management services. We’re seeking a self-driven Event Sales Executive to handle outreach efforts and drive growth. This is a 1-12 months temporary contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with international tech companies looking to expand their market reach in Africa
- Generate and qualify new leads through research and outreach
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, Gmail, and other channels
- Represent the company during client calls and events
- Contribute to digital content and social media marketing initiatives
- Track activities and report on pipeline progress weekly
- Event coordination and onsite event management
Requirements:
- Requires someone that lives in Nairobi
- Access to a computer and stable internet connection
- Experience in events, sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Familiarity Google Workspace is a plus
- Experience working with international clients is an added advantage
