JOB SUMMARY
Requirements:5+ years in a managerial role in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.Proven ability to lead, mentor, & discipline teams effectively.Strong understanding of inventory systems & warehouse processes.Proficiency in ERPs or inventory software (Tally ERP highly preferred).Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs & metrics.Excellent verbal, written, & digital communication skills (including WhatsApp use).Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
