The Mission

We live in turbulent times. Institutions are strained, trust is eroding, and artificial intelligence is reshaping how organizations work faster than most leaders are being prepared to guide it. Moments like this are not decided by technology. They are decided by leadership.

We are the home of the Transformational Leadership Framework - twelve practices across the four domains where leadership lives: Leading the Self (Purpose, Integrity, Accountability), Leading the Team (Dignity, Empathy, Inclusion), Leading the Organization (Assets, Innovation, Prosperity), and Leading the Community (Humility, Peace, Democracy). Our mission is to place this framework in front of leaders at every level, in every sector, around the world - through keynotes, books, and leadership programs - and to build a legacy of leadership that outlives us.

That mission is urgent, and it does not amplify itself. This role exists to carry it.

Who You Will Support

You will report directly to our founder: a U.S.-based, globally recognized leader - a published author and the creator of the Transformational Leadership Framework, with more than 25 years of leadership experience and a second book on leadership in the age of AI in development. Your work keeps his speaking calendar full and the movement's audience growing, so he can focus on what only he can do: writing, teaching, and delivering keynotes.

This is a process-driven role with a clear monthly rhythm. The workflow is fully mapped - you will run and continuously improve a documented system, not guess your way through vague instructions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing materials and social media - practicing Purpose and Integrity

● Mine the founder's published book and manuscripts for the strongest quotes, stories, and lessons, and represent them faithfully.

● Write and schedule weekly LinkedIn posts built from that material.

● Keep the speaker bio current and maintain three polished, ready-to-send speech outlines.

2. Event sourcing and pitching - practicing Innovation and Prosperity

● Research upcoming conferences, corporate events, and leadership summits worldwide; find and verify the right organizer contacts.

● Own a monthly target of qualified speaking opportunities: send personalized invitation pitches and run disciplined follow-ups with every organizer until you get an answer.

3. Deal screening and booking - practicing Accountability

● Screen every reply against our booking rules: budget, audience size, and mission fit.

● Pre-negotiate and prepare vetted deals in a simple dashboard, so the founder can review and approve bookings in a 15-minute weekly check.

● Confirm approved bookings and coordinate dates and logistics with organizers — and be known for keeping your word on every commitment.

4. Event fulfillment and audience follow-up - practicing Dignity and Empathy

● Arrange shipment of pre-paid book bundles so copies are waiting on venue chairs before each keynote.

● Prepare the QR-code sign-up form and the final presentation slide used to welcome audience members into the community.

● Segment new sign-ups by industry and keep the contact database clean and well-organized.

● Write and send a bi-weekly insight email — only ever to people who opted in — that serves the audience and builds the waitlist for future programs and the next book.

We Hire by the Framework We Teach

Prosperity -  accelerate growth toward ethical outcomes. 5–8 years in revenue operations, business development, marketing operations, or senior executive support, including at least two years where you personally owned an outreach pipeline and can point to the bookings, meetings, partnerships, or revenue it produced.

Accountability -  be known by the power of your word. You follow up on time, every time; you keep clean records in a CRM or spreadsheets; deadlines are promises you keep.

Integrity - examine your commitments. Your written English is persuasive and error-free, and you represent the founder and the Framework honestly in every email you send.

Purpose -  explore your values. You can articulate, in your own words, why leadership matters in this moment — because you will be writing about it every week.

Empathy - humanize through listening. Executive-level judgment: you correspond and pre-negotiate with senior corporate contacts in a way that makes them feel respected, not pitched at.

Innovation - concepts that produce tangible solutions. You use modern tools - CRM, email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Buffer), and AI assistants — to produce real output faster, not as decoration.

● Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with availability for occasional early-evening check-in calls (EAT) to overlap with U.S. hours.

Nice to Have

● Experience supporting an author, keynote speaker, consultancy, or leadership development organization.

● Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) for LinkedIn graphics and slides.

What You Will Be Part Of

A movement, not just a job: every booking you secure places the Transformational Leadership Framework in front of another audience navigating turbulent times.

Direct mentorship: you report straight to the founder — no layers in between — and learn transformational leadership from the person who wrote the framework.

A documented system: a repeatable monthly workflow with clear targets, so you always know what success looks like.

Real growth: as bookings and audience grow, this role grows with them into a revenue operations leadership position.
