DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Planning & Scheduling:



  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and ensure team members are aware of responsibilities and deadlines.


Execution & Monitoring:



  • Lead project execution, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Use project management tools to maintain transparency and accountability.


Reporting & Documentation:



  • Prepare detailed project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for management and clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project briefs, proposals, and post-project summaries.
  • Ensure lessons learned are recorded for process improvements in future projects.


Stakeholder Management:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and changes clearly and professionally.
  • Manage client expectations while balancing internal team capabilities.


Risk Management & Problem Solving:



  • Identify potential project risks or bottlenecks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
  • Continuously evaluate processes to find opportunities for improvement.


Team Coordination & Leadership:



  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, digital, and sales departments.
  • Ensure team members are motivated, informed, and aligned with project goals.
  • Conduct project review meetings to evaluate performance and drive accountability.


Quality Assurance:



  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
  • Review final outputs before submission to clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing or creative industries
  • Strong report writing, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
