Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting company products/services, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate must have a background in sales and marketing and a proven ability to meet targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
  • Promote and market the company’s products and services to potential clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates
  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing (at least 1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of digital marketing platforms is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-oriented
