The Sales

3. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and referral partners.
- Represent
the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
B. Sales Management
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Close deals
with high-value clients and manage key accounts.
C. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
D. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new market opportunities.

4. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in corporate or institutional sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid
driving license is an added advantage.
