Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kitengela for a Sales Team Manager. The Sales Team Manager will oversee and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring objectives and targets are achieved. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, developing effective sales strategies, building client relationships through excellent customer service, supervising daily sales activities, and managing performance metrics. The role involves fostering collaboration and driving a results-oriented team culture.
Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in sales people recruitment, training, mentorship and coaching.
  • Proven track record of leading sales people in achieving and surpassing sales targets regularly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Must be COP compliant.
  • Minimum of a diploma qualification, a degree in business field is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with the financial services or insurance industry is an added advantage.
  • Ambitious persons with entrepreneural mindset are desirable.
