JOB SUMMARY
EducationBachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (required). Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, or facilitation are highly desirable.ExperienceMinimum 4+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-level learning initiatives across diverse, global, and multicultural environments.Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of learning solutions that align with business strategy.Experience leveraging digital learning platforms, knowledge management systems, and emerging technologies to scale impact.Background in organizational change management or cultural transformation projects (preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Needs & Analysis – Partner with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, define learning objectives, and align solutions to organizational priorities.Learning Design & Development – Create engaging learning programs, resources, and tools that reflect adult learning best practices and adapt to diverse audiences.Facilitation & Delivery – Deliver training and workshops that inspire, equip, and empower learners, ensuring high levels of engagement and application.Program Management – Coordinate, implement, and monitor learning initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable outcomes.Evaluation & Continuous Improvement – Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of learning initiatives and recommend improvements for greater effectiveness.Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to co-create relevant and impactful learning solutions.Content Creation: Develop, adapt, and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging training materials, job aids, and resources to support effective learning delivery.Innovation & Knowledge Sharing – Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance learning, while building knowledge-sharing practices across the organization.
