DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Podcast Visuals:

• 
  
• Set up, film, and edit podcast episodes.
  
• Manage lighting, camera angles, and video composition during recordings.
  
• Edit podcast visuals for YouTube and social media (cutdowns, highlights, reels, etc.).
  
• Ensure all podcast video content aligns with brand and quality standards.
  

Music Videos & Creative Productions:

• 
  
• Conceptualize, film, and edit music videos for artists and company projects.
  
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual narratives and shooting concepts.
  
• Manage all stages of production—from pre-production planning to final edits.
  

Corporate & Marketing Content:

• 
  
• Produce visual content for corporate clients, including brand stories, product features, and promotional videos.
  
• Support marketing campaigns with high-quality, on-brand visual assets.
  
• Capture behind-the-scenes and event footage for company use.
  

Photography:

• 
  
• Capture high-quality photos for clients, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing materials.
  
• Edit and retouch images for use across digital and print platforms.
  

Graphic Design & Visual Branding:

• 
  
• Design podcast thumbnails, music video cover art, banners, and social media graphics.
  
• Create visually consistent materials for marketing and digital campaigns.
  
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all media platforms.
  

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 
  
• Certificate or Diploma in Film Production, Digital Media, or Multimedia Design
  
• Proven experience in videography, Podcast, photography, and graphic design
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, photo, and design work
  
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and video editing techniques
  
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently
