Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

· Ensure accurate inventory management using SAP for stock entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

· Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to maintain timely delivery and dispatch schedules.

· Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures, housekeeping, and compliance with occupational health & safety standards.

· Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and timely delivery of finished cans.

· Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and discipline.

· Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallets, racking systems).

· Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes to optimize efficiency, space utilization, and cost control.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports through SAP and share with management.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5 - 7 years’ experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

· Proficiency in SAP (MM/WM modules preferred) with hands-on experience in inventory and warehouse management.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and stock control techniques.

· Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S methodology is an added advantage.

· Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
