Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell company products to retailers, salons, beauty shops, and other target customers
- Identify and onboard new customers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and increase repeat sales
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Visit assigned areas and provide market feedback
- Promote products through physical visits and social media where applicable
- Prepare sales reports and updates
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales, beauty products, cosmetics, FMCG, or marketing is an added advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and self-driven
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of Nairobi market is an advantage
- Smartphone literacy and social media knowledge preferred
