Requirements:
- Valid passport
- Valid Good conduct
- Basic education (high school level preferred)
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production is an advantage
- Good physical fitness (standing for long hours, lifting materials)
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
Job description:
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and packaging machines
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth performance
- Adjust machine settings when necessary to maintain product quality
- Load raw materials (flour, sugar, yeast, etc.) into machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Clean and sanitize machines and work areas regularly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Report machine faults or breakdowns to the supervisor
- Assist in routine maintenance of equipment.
