JOB SUMMARY
You might be a strong candidate if you have:3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally within the solar energy, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.Experience in account management, with a consistent record of expanding and maintaining key client relationships.Practical retail experience, including working with distributors, overseeing in-store presence, and familiarity with retail operations.Strong capability in developing and implementing effective route-to-market (RTM) approaches.Clear communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Able to work with minimal direction and contribute effectively within a team.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Growth Build and manage relationships with existing partners. Act as the main point of contact, ensure strong client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to expand each account.Retail Channel ExpansionUse your retail experience to establish and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and partners. Create and implement plans that increase product visibility and availability on the ground.Route-to-Market StrategyDesign and execute route-to-market (RTM) approaches that strengthen distribution, improve supply chain efficiency, and increase market reach for Sun King’s solar product portfolio.Sales Execution & Target Achievement Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Consistently meet and exceed clear sales targets and KPIs.Market Intelligence Maintain close awareness of field activity. Track market trends, activities in the market, and customer feedback to provide insights that guide product enhancements and sales approaches.PartnershipWork with marketing, supply chain, technical, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and align sales efforts with company priorities.
