JOB SUMMARY
Minimum Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health, or related field.At least 2 years’ experience in construction site supervision or safety operations.Good knowledge of Kenyan construction laws and OSHA regulations.Strong communication and reporting skills.Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and enforce safety procedures on construction sites.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Perform site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.Generate weekly report and follow up on incidents, near misses, and non‑compliance.Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.Maintain safety records and support compliance with OSHA 2007 and construction safety regulations.Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety matters.
