- Role Summary
The Technical Cybersecurity Intern will support the deployment, configuration, and management of cybersecurity solutions while assisting in customer engagements, security assessments, research, innovation, and presales activities. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced cybersecurity professionals and gain exposure to industry-leading technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy, configure, and provide technical support for cybersecurity solutions across customer environments.
- Assist in cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability reviews, audits, and compliance engagements.
- Research emerging cyber threats, security technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Support the development, testing, and enhancement of cybersecurity products and service offerings.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
- Assist in presales engagements, including solution presentations, technical proposals, and product evaluations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Pursue and attain relevant cybersecurity and vendor certifications as part of professional development.
