Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motor vehicles.
- Install, repair, and maintain vehicle electrical systems and accessories.
- Troubleshoot starting, charging, lighting, and electronic control systems.
- Diagnose and repair wiring faults, sensors, alternators, starters, and other electrical components.
- Perform vehicle computer diagnostics using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Motor Vehicle Electrician.
- Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Engineering (Electrical/Electronics option is an added advantage).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
