Duties and Responsibilities
A. Maintenance Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive programs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical
issues promptly.
B. Resource & Budget Management
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure cost-effective maintenance
operations.
C. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and
audits.
D. Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and
dashboards.
4. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in maintenance management.
- Project management certification
(PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
5. Competencies
- Mechanical/electrical maintenance expertise.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
