Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field sales and marketing activities within the assigned area.
• Engage potential customers, explain product benefits, and close sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Gather and share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Support brand awareness campaigns and product activations (demos, test rides, etc.).
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in field sales or the motorbike-related industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

1. Kiambu–Banana–Westlands–Limuru
• Coverage: Banana, Ndenderu, Ruaka, Kiambu Town, Ruiru (Bypass side), Westlands, Limuru Town.
• Ideal Candidates: Residents or familiar with Kiambu, Ruaka, or Limuru areas.
2. Thika Road Corridor (to Showroom)
• Coverage: Thika Town, Juja, Witeithie, Kenyatta Road, Githurai, Kahawa Wendani, Kahawa Sukari, Roysambu, Muthaiga.
• Ideal Candidates: Based along Thika Road or nearby areas with sales mobility.
3. Eastlands Cluster – Already Covered
• No recruitment needed at this stage.
4. Mombasa Road–Kitengela–Athi River
• Coverage: Syokimau, Athi River, Kitengela, Mlolongo, Sabaki, Katani.
• Ideal Candidates: Familiar with Mombasa Road corridor and surrounding estates.
5. Southern Nairobi Cluster
• Coverage: Ngong, Karen, Kiserian, Rongai, Dagoretti Corner, Kawangware, Kibra, Langata, Kileleshwa, Naivasha Road.
• Ideal Candidates: Those with networks around the Rongai–Ngong–Langata axis.
6. Nairobi CBD + Environs
• Coverage: Nairobi CBD, Upperhill, Industrial Area, Parklands, Pangani, Eastleigh, Kamukunji.
• Ideal Candidates: Field sales experience in central and commercial zones.
7. Kikuyu–Waiyaki Way Corridor
• Coverage: Kikuyu Town, Zambezi, Regen, Wangige, Kabete, Kangemi, Loresho, Mountain View, Uthiru, Kinoo.
• Ideal Candidates: Residents of Kikuyu, Uthiru, or along Waiyaki Way.
