What you'll actually do

You'll be at the front line of how we find and win customers. Day to day, that looks like reaching out to potential buyers online, running our social media presence, keeping our customer records tidy, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales and admin side of the business so nothing falls through the cracks. As you grow and prove yourself, so does your role and your pay.

  • Some feel for marketing and social media. You understand how businesses attract attention and customers online — whether from study, side projects, or just paying close attention. You're comfortable on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
  • Organised and dependable. There's an admin side to this role, and we need someone who keeps things in order and follows through.
  • In it for the long haul. We're investing in you. We want someone looking to grow with us over the years, not for a few months.

  • This is an entry-level internship with a modest starting stipend. We're a small, growing team and we're straight with people about that. What we offer alongside it is rare: real responsibility from day one, close mentorship, and a genuine path to a permanent, better-paid role as our sales grow — growth you'll have helped create.
  • You must be willing and able to relocate to Mombasa. This role is fully on-site at our facility. If you're not able to live and work in Mombasa, this position won't be the right fit —please only apply if you can commit to being here.
