Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Revenue & Business Performance
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Actively promote new products, high-margin products, seasonal promotions, and bundled products to maximise conversion rates and basket value.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through expert demonstrations.
• Track personal sales performance daily and implement recovery plans when necessary.
2. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
• Provide quick yet insightful skin analysis, beauty consultations, and personalised recommendations tailored to customer needs and travel context or seasons.
• Build trust and long-term relationships by enrolling customers into loyalty programmes and capturing details for follow-up.
• Deliver outstanding service that drives high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent the brand professionally in a fast-paced airport setting.
3. Operational Excellence & Sustainability
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at the shop: clean, visually appealing, fully stocked, and well-merchandised.
• Manage inventory efficiently; conduct daily stock take, report stock-outs or damaged items promptly, and minimise wastage.
• Encourage customers to choose sustainable beauty with our ethical product range.
• Comply with airport security, health & safety, brand standards, and accurately record transactions and feedback.
4. Personal Development & Adaptability
• Continuously update knowledge of beauty trends, new products, and skincare knowledge.
• Actively participate in all internal and external training, workshops, and digital selling tool sessions. • Apply new learning on the job and share relevant insights with the team.
• Adapt quickly to new product launches, market changes, and evolving customer preferences.
5. Team Collaboration & Contribution
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store and beauty section targets.
• Share product knowledge, selling techniques, and best practices with colleagues to build team capability.
• Support and mentor new or junior team members when required.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture in a high-pressure airport environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and participate in team meetings and performance reviews.

Requirements Education
• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Skincare, or related field from a recognised institution. Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Beautician, Beauty Advisor, or Sales Consultant in beauty/skincare retail.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in high-traffic or airport retail is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent product knowledge across skincare and beauty.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a friendly, non-pushy approach.
• Ability to deliver effective consultations under time pressure.
• Good team collaboration and communication skills.
• High attention to detail in operations and record-keeping
• Basic computer skills and POS system familiarity.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
