JOB SUMMARY
We need an ambitious Sales Operator to work with us and make our customer base bigger.The Sales Operator will be instrumental towards contributing to the revenue through the inbound/ outbound sales process, and to some extent selling our line of supplements. This position demands good communication skills, love of health and wellness as well as the ability to effectively respond to the needs of customers with our products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Making outbound calls to potential customer inquiries via phone and convert them to approvals.Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers to introduce new products, promotions, and upsell opportunities.Develop an in-depth understanding of all supplement products, including benefits, ingredients, and usage guidelines.Provide customers with accurate, compliant product information and personalized recommendations.Process orders, track sales activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.Collaborate with marketing and customer support to optimize customer experience.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new scientific developments in supplements.Participate in team meetings and contribute feedback for product and sales strategy improvements.
